Although the carpeted floor was a bit outdated, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were convenient for entertainment purposes. the VIP check-in/out service was a nice bonus, making us feel like valued guests. The lack of a washing machine or full kitchen facilities limited our ability to fully self-cater, which was a bit disappointing. However, the free parking on site was a convenient feature.
